Our group of highly skilled technical professionals are not your typical IT geeks.  Though they specialize in their respective concentrations, like Programming and Web Design, everyone in the department gets a broad education in all aspects of the IT function, and is critical to our overall business success.  None of these folks sit in a cubicle and stare at their screen all day; far from it! We encourage you to learn and apply new technologies, tricks and concepts that will translate into real-world success. Our IT group collaborates with a broad spectrum of Hinkley teammates to support the expanding needs of the business and that requires impressive people skills, adaptability and patience (and a sense of humor never hurts). The Hinkley Marketing team is a game changer. To say we are passionate about this company is an understatement. Our team has a love and respect for the printed word as well as being digital dynamos so that we can create dynamic content across multiple media platforms. Being a member of this crowd means you are an enthusiastic Hinkley brand ambassador with a great design aesthetic and style.  Oh, and excellent time management skills and the ability to turn around high volumes of work in a flash (with a smile) is essential while collaborating with this energetic, highly creative group.

Joining this team will require a healthy knowledge and expertise in manufacturing and distribution, as well as exceptional management and relationship building skills. Hinkley is growing quickly so developing long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive deadlines is important to us. We need results-oriented, customer focused, technologically savvy and data driven professionals with good people management skills. Collaboration to find solutions is equally important on the operations side of the business.

Travel is an essential part of the sales world.
